As a former insurance adjuster and insurance defense lawyer, Justin now represents injured clients and victims against the same insurance companies and large corporations he once defended. Because of his experiences as a defense lawyer, Justin has rededicated his career to making legal services more equitable and universally accessible for those in his community, including creation of the firm’s outreach “free advice” program.

His father Vincent was an Assistant United States Attorney, who inspired and encouraged Matt to become a lawyer. Matt has represented clients in state and federal trial courts, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of North Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

With years of experience in executive-level administration and client-facing support, Chelsea is the do-it-all motor that makes our firm run. In her vital intake and support roles, Chelsea is often the first and last point of contact for our clients during their litigation journey. Her unwavering grace and sincerity help build the trust necessary to form an effective attorney-client relationship.
